Most died from illness, maltreatment and development accidents. The railroad is active, so a ride on it is a chance.

Other websites incorporate the Kanchanaburi War Cemetery, the Thailand-Burma Railway Center and the Planet War 2 Museum and Art Gallery.
The Hellfire Pass is the outcome of laborers who cut and blasted by means of rock by hand to clear way for the Death Railway. The descent via the jungle down into the pass is a moving knowledge, really literally and figuratively.
