Liked each locations, (Areca Lodge was much better) but was questioning if there are any other hotels close to Areca Lodge that are excellent. I have a budget of 1300 bt or under. Appropriate now im considering of booking the Areca Lodge. Thanks ahead of time to all these who helped.

You can try the Lek Hotel on Pattaya 2nd Road and see if it will do. This is not that far from Soi Diana and is across from the new Avenue Mall.

Not as fancy as the Areca but it is okay. Great location, breakfast and evening buffets. Book a day or two and if it is not okay seem for a alter.
Several new tiny hotels have opened up on Soi Honey Inn, check some of these places out and see if they will do if you want a change.
